At Europe2You, we’re thoughtfully creating a collection of essential kitchen and home accessories that reflect the modern quintessential European lifestyle. With a large and diverse collection, we often get asked if we use our products and what our personal preferences are. Below, the Europe2You staff recently weighed in on the products we absolutely cannot live without and why they are our favorite.
Chief Operating Officer, Zoltan Berger – The Large Porto-Vecchio Candle takes me back in time to when I lived in Europe and would go camping by the sea. Whenever I smell the sweet and fresh aromas of sea salt and fig, I think of Croatia as it was a popular and easy holiday getaway from Budapest. I am instantly reminded of my family enjoying some wine and cheese while sitting on the rocks, feeling happy.
President, Stacy Borocz – I can’t help being drawn to the clean lines of our Beech Pizza Boards. The hardwood surface makes it the perfect piece to live on my counter and double as a cutting board. The light color makes a modern and sleek serving board for appetizers when I have company over.
Northeast Account Manager, Karen Donahue – I love the Large French Cutting Board because it is great for gifting and looks awesome on my countertop. It’s not only beautiful, but also versatile because it is double-sided. I chop on the smooth side and display and serve on the distressed side. I feel the scale is impressive and creates a beautiful presentation.
Marketing Manager, Emily Breisch - Our brand new White Colorblock Mason Jar, Small is my absolute favorite product. Every week, I travel over to my local farmer’s market and pick out fresh flowers, with this jar in mind to display them in. Even better, I like that the white paint hides the bottom of the stems, so once I put the flowers in the vase, I don’t have to worry about them until I go back for another bouquet.
Sales Assistant, Morgan McGough - My favorite product is the Aix en Provence candle, the smell of the fresh rosemary mixed with the sage is so clean and makes for the best gift! Especially, the large candle because with the addition of the glass demijohn bowl, it’s like two gifts in one. I also really like the overall size of the Small Italian Cutting Board, it’s a cutie. The small candle and small cutting board make the perfect pairing.
Chief Executive Officer, Joe Borocz – If I had to pick my favorite product, it would have to be the Provence Farm Table. We wanted it to be the focal point of the home where friends and family gather together. Our vision has come to fruition through this timeless dining table. When paired with the rich color and texture of the wooden Square Mod Block Stools, made from recycled ceiling beams, there is no better combination.
Product Manager, Katie Afanador - I can’t live without my Europe2You Demijohn Bowls! I have them scattered throughout my home, in all different places. I use the small bowl in my bathroom to store lipstick. I also have a medium bowl in my kitchen, filled with Kusmi tea that I brought back from a recent trip to France.
Director of International Business, Jess Quittard - Living in France, my weekend afternoons typically require a great bottle of wine, some hunks of local cheese, a couple of dry sausages from the butcher around the corner. Having grown up surrounded by Europe2You products, I could not imagine composing a charcuterie board on anything else but our Oak Pizza Boards. I love that it's both a cutting and serving board in one. Because I enjoy to entertain outside on our balcony, I always grab my Black Bar Ironwork Cloche to cover the cheese! Throw in some grapes, olives, pear wedges and cashews and your good to go!
Marketing Assistant, Madie Thomas – I am in love with our collection of Seltzer Bottles! If I had to choose, the Paris Seltzer Bottle and the Frosted Seltzer Bottle are my favorites from our assortment. Both of the bottles are neutral in color so they can move around and fit in just about anywhere in my apartment. Not only that, but incorporating them into my décor, is like adding a little touch of history and charm into the space – something I think every home can benefit from!
