We’re Saying Bye To High Point Market

Our team is settled back into the office after a whirlwind of a week at High Point Market. We always enjoy our time at the market in North Carolina because it’s a great avenue to see the most recent innovations in décor and design. While setting up our booth, we love mingling with all of the other creatives who are enduring the process to create one beautiful end-result. Now that market is over, we’re reflecting before we say goodbye until October rolls around.

New location.

As many of you know, we relocated this year to a new space. We absolutely loved being in aisle 6, just around the corner from one of our favorite coffee shops. The long shape of the booth proved to be a breeze for our Tradeshow Manager. Our layout allowed us to stretch out our typical kitchen and dining spaces and create an open concept design that dreams are made of. As much as we loved our current space this market, next market we will be on the move again. We will catch you in a new space in Interhall in October!

New products.

True to our roots, we introduced new products that were each inspired by European design, now adapted into contemporary additions for the modern home. One example, our Frosted Demijohns are a staple in Europe. The glass demijohn bottle is rooted in history, once used to transport wine, the bottles now boast a crisp, frosted look. We envision these bottles truly taking over the coastal décor scene and making a statement like no other in homes that need a little boost of minimalist style.

New trends.

With Modern Naturalism and Natural Traditionalism currently trending, the trends have certainly made a scene at High Point Market. The overall re-emergence of natural materials and traditional designs are playing a huge role in the design world right now. The importance of organic and natural materials is one that we fully embrace due to its instant impact on a space and importance to the environment. The use of more traditional elements and handcrafted nature of the products within a space brings in an effortless warmth. Due to the emphasis of the trend and the intricate handcrafted design, our new collection of Handthrown Pottery blew past our expectations and rose to the top.
